  They have one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced not to mention their products are extremely poor quality. I purchased a defected fence from them and they replaced it with another defected fence. They said they would make it right AGAIN but I have been waiting almost a year and it still has not been replaced. When you finally get them to reply back to you they have excuses after excuses. I spent thousands of dollars on a so-called premium fence that is physically deteriorating and looks aweful but they don't seem to care. My neighbors complain that it's an eyesore and I am embarrassed and angry everytime I see it. I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere.
