  I would highly recommend you look for some other escrow company, if you can help it.
  Not the most friendly people, and very frustrating to deal with.
  Often ignores my e-mail question, and do not get back to me for a week or two. (Maybe it's partly my fault too, for not calling them. I only used e-mails so far).
  
  I told them that I withdrawed my offer, and now wish to get my deposit back, it's been almost 2 months, and now they're trying to deduct all kinds of fees AND I still don't have my money yet.
  
  I wish no one would have to go through what I am dealing with for the past couple months.
