  Pharmacist entered my ID number wrong despite claiming she entered it twice. I spent unnecessary time calling my insurance company and then calling back and being put on hold twice, etc. She should have followed protocol and called the Pharmacists Use Only number on the back of my card to check the information herself when it was denied, but I guess it was easier to send me away to do it myself and then spend more time trying to call the prescription back in. I will never use this place again-- I saw the pick-up line as well. There are too many other pharmacies out there to spend this much time and aggravation at one of them.
