  They’re a scam. I applied a week ago and have great credit and stable job. Make way more than I should be for that apartment and they keep giving me the run around. Please go with another company. They take a bunch of applications and have people compete like rats. I already got approved in 2 other places in under 2 days, yet they haven’t even bothered to call me back. They’re just making application fees for themselves. Disgusting business they have going on.
