  The sales team didn't really need to "sell" my wife and I on our latest purchase. We are long time Bassett customers based on the quality of their products. I think the old saying, "you get what you pay for" really describes the buying experience well. They are premium products at a premium price. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. The delivery went even better with the truck showing up within 30 minutes of the beginning of the delivery window. The piece was installed in less than 15 minutes and both crew members were polite and professional. I would suggest in the future that delivery personnel wear protective booties on carpeted area but otherwise no complaints. The furniture showed up as ordered and damage free. Win!
